WHAT IS ANIMAL COLOR/ COLOUR THERAPY?
Colour / Color therapy for cats, dogs, horses (equines) and other animals uses the curative effects of colour / color to help heal your pet.
It is a non-invasive holistic therapy that rebalances your pet’s energy centres (chakras) with colour / color to stimulate your pet’s natural healing ability.
It is often referred to as an alternative, integrative, complementary, natural and / or holistic medicine for cats, dogs, horses (equines) rabbits and other animals and pets.
HOW DOES ANIMAL COLOR/ COLOUR THERAPY WORK?
The therapeutic use of colour / color and its profound effect on people and animals has been observed for centuries.
Your pet has 7 main energetic centres called chakras. The 7 colours / colors of the spectrum correspond and resonate with the 7 chakras in your pet’s body.
Colour /Color therapists will help identify imbalances in your pet’s energy vibrations.
Energy from the different light waves is then used to rebalance and enhance your pet’s (e.g. cat, dog, horse, rabbit etc.) natural ability to heal itself.
This may be done directly (by massage with coloured/ colored oils, coloured / colored light etc) or indirectly by exposure to colour / color through their environment (via advice on colour / color changes to rugs, stalls, kennels etc).
Treatments are very relaxing and animals tend to respond well as they are very sensitive to changes in energy.
WHAT CAN ANIMAL COLOR/ COLOUR THERAPY HELP?
