Description
Sam has been working full time as an animal sports massage therapist for the last ten years. During this time she has also undertaken extensive continuing education courses in soft tissue techniques including Myofascial release and she qualified as a McTimoney Corley animal manipulator. She regularly utilises these techniques to ensure she provides the best possible treatments for her four legged patients. Having over 30 years experience living and working with horses and as a qualified instructor Sam is well placed to offer expert advice and treatments.
Over the years she has built up a large loyal client base. Her horse clients come from a wide variety of disciplines; including dressage, show jumping, racing and pleasure horses. She also enjoys working on top show dogs and family pets. She finds her work with horses and dogs both interesting and rewarding.
Sam considers herself a member of a larger team when it comes to looking after your animal’s health and well being. She works closely with other professionals such as: veterinarians, trainers, farriers and master saddlers, many of whom often refer new patients to her.
Sam enjoys learning and she is continually studying new techniques to ensure she provides the best possible treatments for her four legged patients.
Hours of work
Mon - Thurs 9.00am - 6.00 pm Will do one late evening a week on request
Sunday 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
Locations
Mobile equine therapist covering a large part of the Lancashire area. For equine clients outside of this area, Sam has the use of a large equine establishment where owners can bring their horses. For canines, Sam has facilities at her home for this service. Please contact Sam for further details.

Sam was a godsend when my dog was injured. She was patient kind and thoroughly professional. Oscar dog made a marked improvement after a couple of sessions and has gone on to a full recovery. It is good to find someone who is good at their job, trustworthy and doesn't make you pay through the nose!
